Homebush Halal Meats was established, as a halal butcher, back in 1985. It started out as a wholesale business located in the Homebush Abbattoirs, Homebush.

After many years of being a halal slaughterman, it was finally time to open up a family business. As Homebush Abbattoirs was closing down, the business needed to move. With the move came the addition of a retail butchery, a halal butcher.

 

Moving from Homebush to Croydon Park, the business gradually grew with the addition of halal smallgoods that were made on premises. Steadily as word spread of the quality and taste of the products, it was time to relocate again, to Ashfield, the current premises.
